Honest Advice Saved Us From Full Replacement
“He could easily have sold us a new door, but he recommended the solution that was right for us.”
Honest Advice Saved Us From Full Replacement
"A couple of our garage door panels had developed small tears in the metal, and I assumed we'd need to replace the entire door. Wilson came out, inspected it thoroughly, and explained that we could actually repair it by adding a new strut for support. That saved us a significant amount of money compared to a full replacement. I really appreciate Wilson's honesty. He could easily have sold us a new door, but he recommended the solution that was right for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you need help with your garage door, I highly recommend Wilson Orr with ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land!"

Ashton J. did a great job!
"Ashton J. did a great job at changing the seal under my garage door. Upon arrival, an estimate was discussed. The door had an old system, so it needed a special attachment. After completion of the work, Ashton made sure the door was properly adjusted and all the hinges were lubricated. Everything went well. Thank you, Ashton."

    Excellent Workmanship and Outstanding Service!
"We had an issue with our garage door, and Mr. John Clark did an excellent job from start to finish. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything to us. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, how each part of the garage door system works, and why the problem was happening. He also gave us several options for fixing it, which allowed us to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. The price was very reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. After finishing the repair, he made sure everything was clean and left our garage in great order. Kudos to Mr. John Clark for a job very well done! It's not every day you come across someone who combines excellent workmanship, great communication, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. We are very happy with the service and will definitely recommend Mr. John Clark and ProLift Garage Doors to our family and friends. Thank you for the fantastic work! 👏🔧🚗"
