Henry, the new general manager, was our technician. He replaced the rubber stripping on the bottom of a garage door (single car). The charge for that was only $108. I paid twice that at our previous home. I also had him replace all the rollers, which were wearing out. The new ones have extra-long rods, which prevents any from slipping out if any break, and the new ones have ball bearings. (This was $185.) Henry is very knowledgeable, works quickly and is very personable.

It didn’t involve the ProLift garage door opener itself, but rather my spring on the garage door had a broken safety mechanism. They fixed it right away and also did maintenance on my garage doors. Henry was the technician that came out and he was extremely informative, friendly, and very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about ProLift and about Henry’s service.
