    "Henry, the new general manager, was our technician. He replaced the rubber stripping on the bottom of a garage door (single car). The charge for that was only $108. I paid twice that at our previous home. I also had him replace all the rollers, which were wearing out. The new ones have extra-long rods, which prevents any from slipping out if any break, and the new ones have ball bearings. (This was $185.) Henry is very knowledgeable, works quickly and is very personable."
