I live in the Plainfield/Joliet, Illinois area. I knew I had to replace my very old garage door. Melvin came out very quickly (and called a few times to confirm his arrival), measured, and described what they would do for a replacement. He could have up-charged and sold me more than I would have needed, but he took the responsibility to prepare and confirm an appropriate quote. I approved the quote, and Allen (install tech) arrived on the agreed-upon date, removed the old, and installed the new. I must say on an early Saturday morning my garage door spring was broken. I called ProLift and they sent someone to my house at 9:00 p.m. in the evening.
