I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with your excellent company.
I sent an online request for a service call to repair or replace my 28-year-old garage door opener that would no longer respond to any of the remotes at ~1:00 PM yesterday afternoon and received a reply (from Teresa) at 1:21 (much faster than I expected) that I did not see until after 7:00 PM.
I received a response to my 7:12 PM email (from Jacklyn) offering me 4 appointment options 13 minutes later at 7:27 PM, to which I replied at 8:21 PM. The appointment confirmation (from Darin Davis-You) arrived 7 minutes later at 8:28 PM, along with an independent confirmation email (from Jacklyn) timestamped 8:32 PM.
At 4:04 AM this morning I got another email from you asking for a convenient time, which I provided at 6:34 AM.
Eric Krizinski arrived at ~9:00 AM this morning. The attached MSWORD.doc includes a specific reference to Eric and when I showed it to him, he remarked to my wife that he did not know he was famous. He is exceptional. He and I went through the testing quickly and determined that the 28-year-old opener was BER. Eric quoted me a price that I accepted, and he went to work replacing the defective unit immediately.
Less than 22 hours after my initial outreach, the new unit was installed, sensors replaced, remotes programmed, and all functions tested and fully operational. It gets no better than that.
The price was actually somewhat less than I had anticipated, which is always nice. As a veteran I appreciate the 10% discount, and as a retired Navy Mustang, I admire and respect the precision in the execution evident in this engagement. Bravo Zulus all around. 4.0 squared away in all respects.
