At ProLift Garage Doors, we stand behind the quality of our work and the new parts we install. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty provides lasting protection for covered garage door repairs, complete door rebuilds, and installation workmanship.

Garage Door Repairs and Complete Rebuilds

All new replacement parts installed by ProLift during a covered garage door repair or complete door rebuild, together with the labor required to repair or replace a covered defective component, are warranted for as long as the original purchasing homeowner owns the home.

Covered parts may include springs, cables, rollers, hinges, bearings, and other new replacement components identified on the original invoice. If a covered component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, ProLift will repair or replace it at no charge for covered parts and labor.

New Garage Door Installations

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in installation workmanship for as long as the original purchasing homeowner owns the home. If an installation workmanship defect occurs, ProLift will correct it at no charge. Garage doors and their components are covered separately under applicable manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchasing homeowner. Coverage is limited to parts installed and work performed by ProLift, as identified on the original invoice.

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Accidental damage, including vehicle impacts.
• Misuse or abuse of the garage door system.
• Failure to perform recommended maintenance.
• Repairs, alterations, or other work on covered components by unauthorized technicians.
• Acts of nature or civil disturbance.

Work performed on covered components by technicians not authorized by ProLift voids coverage for those affected components.

Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact ProLift Garage Doors and provide the original invoice or other proof of purchase. We will assess the reported issue and determine whether it is covered by this warranty.
