We Are Very Pleased With the Final Look
"We were in dire need of new garage doors. We had to close them manually they were so old, and the loud sound they made going up or down would wake the neighborhood. I researched 3 companies and met with all of them for presentations and quotes. Tristan at ProLift was my first meeting, and he showed us different options of doors, insulated vs. not, and explained the accessories. He gave me his direct phone number should I have any questions. I contacted him a few times, and he always responded quickly. Once we selected ProLift, Tristan continued great customer service on door choice, color, and window advisement. I placed a deposit, and the doors were ready within 4 weeks, as I had a custom color.
For install, Bryan and Sam were the technicians. They arrived promptly and ready to go. Any questions I had, such as the placement of the door opener (had 2 before and still wanted to keep 2), were resolved. They worked tirelessly all day, were polite, and did not stop until the job was complete. Sam made a return trip to install the outside keypads and again answered any questions and updated our remote openers to our liking. He was very helpful. We are very pleased with the final look of the doors, the windows allow light into our garage, and the LiftMaster light is very bright too. I would highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors to others."
