    "ProLift Garage came out with a free estimate for the work to be performed to fix my issue. I was able to ask them questions and get them to understand my exact needs to fix the garage. The estimate process was shown to me, and I was given several options to weigh and was sent via email. The appointment was able to be set up easily and was done within a few days of my decision to go with ProLift. During the day of the appointment, I received a call from Bryan Brooks that he was actually available earlier than expected, and he was able to get to my house early. That all being said, he was able to fix my torsion spring and fix the attachment point to the garage door, which was very flimsy from the previous company who had worked on it and had actually installed it wrong. So, in all, very pleased with the experience and the work they performed."
