Daniel Duffie came out initially and evaluated our situation, made recommendations, and provided a quote for what would meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We were scheduled for installation of a new door, opener, rails, etc. within a week. Chuck Cruzan came out today and did the installation. Like Daniel, he too was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was organized and very detail-oriented in every phase of removing the old door and installing the new one. Everything turned out great, both aesthetically and functionally, at a very fair and reasonable price. A communicative, knowledgeable tech came out and not only immediately fixed the problem but identified the many ways I needed an upgrade (it was time - the system was almost 20 years old!). Then he made an appointment that worked for ME, gave me updates, showed up, did amazing work, and charged me a fair price. Can’t recommend more!"
