ProLift Garage Doors is joining the fight against breast cancer this October. Parent company, Premium Service Brands has pledged to donate one percent of all recognized revenue this month to the University of Virginia Cancer Center. Specifically, this across all-brand contribution will go directly towards breast cancer research.

This year, roughly 276,480 women in the United States will be diagnosed with a form of invasive breast cancer and 48,530 women will be diagnosed with a form of non-invasive breast cancer. The UVA Cancer Center has been ranked in the top 10% of cancer treatment in the United States.

“This is a cause that is near and dear to all of our hearts,” said Samantha Lin, Premium Service Brands’ Vice President of Marketing. “Just about everybody has been affected by breast cancer, or knows someone who has been affected by it.” Premium Service Brands wanted to give back during October, a month dedicated to breast cancer awareness, and decided that giving back a percentage of revenue would be a great way to involve the entire company in the donation.

By donating 1% of recognized revenue all franchise owners and clients get to be a part of the contribution. Every estimate and job booked through ProLift Garage Doors will contribute to fighting breast cancer. ProLift Garage Doors may be all across the United States but this October we all get to connect through this important cause.
