Dale Clark is the Owner and General Manager of ProLift Garage Doors of West Plano and Frisco, serving Collin County, Eastern Denton County, North Dallas and Rockwall County. Residential customers have trusted ProLift Garage Doors for repairs and installations. Dale emphasizes the importance of customers knowing they'll get honesty, quality, and reliability every time, whether it's a major installation or a minor repair. Dale and the ProLift team live and actively participate in the Collin County communities and is a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. Sam is a seasoned professional in the garage door industry, boasting 16 years of experience in both residential and commercial installations and maintenance. He began his career in San Diego and has since built a reputation for efficiency and quality service. Since 2020, Sam has worked with ProLift Garage Doors, further enhancing his expertise.
Certified by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA), Sam is committed to maintaining high standards in his work. His dedication to customer satisfaction is reflected in his quick problem-solving skills and thorough approach to service.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family. Sam's focus on fast, reliable service has earned him a loyal customer base that appreciates his professionalism and expertise.

Lauren Dial, a native of Plano, Texas, is a dedicated professional and community member with a passion for giving back. She attended Collin College, where she honed her skills and developed a strong foundation for her career. Lauren is the proud mother of four children and the daughter of a Plano fireman, values that inspire her commitment to family and community.

With an innate love for working with children, Lauren actively participates in the Plano Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), contributing to educational initiatives and fostering community engagement. Her creative talents shine through her expertise in design, which complements her role as an Office Administrator for ProLift Garage Doors West Plano. In this position, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
