• Limited Warranty applies to a new garage door opener purchased through ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land
• Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship
• Limited Warranty covers defective parts
• Limited Warranty covers labor furnished by ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land as part of the installation of the new opener

OPTIONAL TEN YEAR GARAGE DOOR OPENER WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty covers all aspects of the garage door opener 10 Years from the date of installation.
This Limited Warranty does not cover Cables Off, Door Repositioning / Doors Off Track

What is Covered:

ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land will correct any defective workmanship and/or repair/replace any defective part, at no charge for labor or parts.

• Warranty applies to a new garage door opener purchased through ProLift Garage Doors
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship
• Warranty covers defective parts, including electronic photo sensor eyes and logic board
• Warranty covers lightning strikes and power surges
• Warranty covers labor furnished by ProLift Doors of Sugar Land as part of the repair of the opener within the 10-year warranty period
• Warranty does not cover light bulb replacement

Warranty Service Available During Normal Business Hours.

Warranty not transferable.

 

LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY

What is Covered: Repairs to an existing garage door or opener
ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land will correct any defective workmanship and/or repair/replace any defective part, at no charge for labor or parts.

• Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship
• Limited Warranty covers defective parts
• Limited Warranty covers labor furnished by ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land as part of existing door repair

LIMITED THREE YEAR SPRING WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty does not cover Cables Off, Door Re-positioning / Doors Off Track

What is Covered: Single Residential Torsion Spring or Dual Extension Springs
ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land will correct any defective workmanship and/or repair/replace any defective part, at no charge for labor or parts.

• Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship
• Limited Warranty covers defective parts
• Limited Warranty covers labor furnished by ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land as part of the installation of new spring/springs

ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land will correct any defective workmanship and/or repair/replace any defective part, at no charge for labor or parts.

• Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship
• Limited Warranty covers defective parts
• Limited Warranty covers labor furnished by ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land as part of the installation of new spring/springs

WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS

These restrictions apply to all Warranties listed above, unless specified otherwise

1. The Limited Warranty is VOID if any repairs/replacement are completed by any company or individual not associated with or authorized by ProLift Garage Doors of Sugar Land.
2. The Limited Warranty does not cover Cables Off, Door Re-positioning / Doors Off Track.
3. The Limited Warranty duration is in effect from time of the original install, or repair in the case of the Limited 90 Day Warranty.
4. The Limited Warranty cannot be transferred.
5. The Limited Warranty does not cover light bulbs or repair parts necessary as the results of operator abuse or negligence, including the failure to install, adjust and operate this garage door opener according to instructions contained in the owner’s manual.
6. The Limited Warranty does not cover opener operational problems caused by electromagnetic interference such as but not limited to:

• Nearby airports
• Television or radio transmission towers
• Military installations and ships cruising up and down the sound and ship canal
• Power lines
• Cell phone towers
• Appliances within 10 to 15 feet of the receiver whether they are running or not
• Plug-in transformers used for security systems, sprinkler controls and cordless power tool chargers
• Wireless doorbells
• Computers
• Wireless networks/Wi-Fi
• Fax machines
• Copiers
• Cordless phones
• Yard light timers and motion detectors
• LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs
• Any number of small appliances (one of the most common culprits is cheap clock radios)
• Air conditioning or heating system thermostats
• Florescent lighting fixtures
• Halogen lighting fixtures
• Ham radio transmitters
• Car battery chargers
• Motor Homes
• House wiring

This limited warranty excludes:

1. Rust caused by damages or scratching
2. Damage resultant from exposure to corrosive chemicals, corrosive fumes, salt environments (including coastal areas), condensation, water or fire
3. Damage caused by accident, improper use, negligent operation, improper maintenance or normal wear
4. Defects in paints or coatings used to finish door sections outside manufacturer paint/ coating
5. Any product or component which is modified, altered and/or not part of the original door or opener
6. Damage resulting from any circumstance beyond the direct control of seller
7. Minor expansion and contraction gaps in overlay material on carriage house and fiberglass doors
8. Damage caused by civil disturbance and/or Acts of God
