The technician worked with me well from the start. I had a scheduling conflict come up, and they rescheduled the visit for the initial quote. I received a text notice when the technician was on the way with a picture so I knew who to expect. I was given multiple options for repair and replacement. They were not pushy regarding higher product levels. I approved the quote for replacement at a good price, and they were able to schedule replacement ASAP. The actual install went smoothly considering I work from home and loud noises would have been a concern. The install took less than 2 hours. I am very happy with the outcome!
