I was able to get an appointment the same day, and the technician, Mike, was super early, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike thoroughly explained what was going on, provided upfront, reasonable pricing, and had the spring repaired in under an hour. There is no service charge for coming out—Mike provided the pricing for parts and labor. There is a 5-year warranty on work and parts. I will definitely use ProLift again! Thank you, Mike."
