He made an assessment, I accepted it, and he replaced two garage door openers efficiently, helped me program the link to my car, and programmed the extra remotes I wanted (which turned out to be expensive and, with the app and car connectivity, not as necessary as with older openers). After discussing with him, I got the chain drive, which is quieter than my previous ones. He also made it clear that if I had questions or problems to contact him and gave me contact information. Very satisfied!"
