We recently had our garage door opener go out after almost 17 years of operation, so needless to say we haven’t had to know a good garage door company in a while. Thankfully, my friend had referred me to ProLift Garage Doors! They are new to the Baldwin County area and what a great new asset they are. The scheduling was very easy and fast. They had us scheduled within a day. Jon (a master of garage doors) showed up promptly at the scheduled time and even gave us a courtesy call to say he was on his way. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived until the job was complete and everything was cleaned up. His particular attention to the details made the difference between an okay service call and a fantastic one. Jon went above and beyond what was expected!
