"Excellent service! They are extremely professional, and the quality of work was outstanding. They know what they are doing. Don’t cut costs going somewhere else; hire them, you will be pleased! Our mistake in not hiring them the first time ended up costing us more money. We initially contacted ProLift because our garage door stopped working. They sent a technician out the same day, and he basically told us it was time for a new motor. We ended up waiting until Black Friday to purchase a new one so we could get a good deal. We found a good deal at Lowe’s and paid the $169 for them to also do the installation. Well, after waiting for a week, the installation was finally scheduled, and we were contacted by a third-party company to do the install. Long story short, we were not pleased with the job, and our garage door wasn’t going all the way down. We ended up having to contact ProLift because we couldn’t just leave our door open, and the third-party company said it would be approximately 2 weeks before they could get back to us. Again, ProLift came out the same day. Gil was our technician. He was exceptional! He quickly diagnosed the issue and expertly corrected the mistakes. He even took time to help me set up the Aladdin Connect app on my phone. Highly recommend ProLift and especially Gil for his skill and professionalism!"
