    "The gentleman, Mike, was extremely facilitating with my needs. He coordinated to meet me at my home as I arrived from out of town, and it was very late in the afternoon and he did not want my garage to be half open all night, fixed the garage door, recommended updating some parts for the future, fixed those parts, and now my garage of 20 years old functions as if it is brand new.
