  I’m very happy with the service Prolift provided.  Prolift came to service and adjust my garage door quickly and professionally.  The technician, Wes, was on time, made the necessary repairs and gave us some future recommendations to help extend the life of the motor.  While it was my wife who was home at the time, she never felt unsafe or like the tech was trying to push her into more than what was originally quoted.  Wes was very professional provided us some suggestions for maintaining the motor and door now, and what to plan on for the future.  I would highly recommend Prolift and will be using them in the future.

  Called in after 5:30PM assuming I would receive service the next day. A Pro-Lift representative handled my call immediately and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Peerson Goss provided exceptional service repairing our garage door and I'm extremely satisfied with the communication throughout the entire process.   I am a strong supporter of ProLift Garage Doors. Their product is a quality product that I am glad I have. Their response time was terrific and they were able to solve my problem the next day after I called. The salesman/technician was not only an expert on the product but was an awesome customer service rep who provider a service experience that was outstanding. I strongly recommend Peerson Goss.
