He quickly diagnosed today's issue, which thankfully turned out to be just a faulty sensor, and explained everything clearly. What I appreciated most was that Ari didn't just focus on the immediate repair—he also took the time to discuss the condition of my older garage door and what I can reasonably expect in terms of future maintenance and repairs. That information was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of what to plan for down the road. As an added bonus, Ari noticed a loose wire and kindly stapled it up for me, even though it wasn't part of the repair. It's those small acts of customer service that really stand out.
