    "I had a great experience with ProLift Garage Doors of Portland. My technician, Ari, arrived on time and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed today's issue, which thankfully turned out to be just a faulty sensor, and explained everything clearly. What I appreciated most was that Ari didn't just focus on the immediate repair—he also took the time to discuss the condition of my older garage door and what I can reasonably expect in terms of future maintenance and repairs. That information was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of what to plan for down the road. As an added bonus, Ari noticed a loose wire and kindly stapled it up for me, even though it wasn't part of the repair. It's those small acts of customer service that really stand out. The cost was reasonable, the service was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend ProLift Garage Doors of Portland."
