    "I just moved into a new home and the garage door would not close properly. My real estate agent referred me to Kierstin at ProLift. I called this morning, and Kierstin told me a technician could be at my house between 3:00 and 6:00 PM today. Woohoo! A little before 3:00, I received a text letting me know the name of the technician, along with his picture and a brief bio, and that he was on his way. Brandon arrived shortly after the text, figured out the problem, and left to go get the needed parts. The job turned out to be a little more involved than anticipated, but Brandon did not give up until the problem was resolved. Brandon also checked the condition of the door, the springs, and greased the tracks so the overall operation of the door is much quieter. Shortly after Brandon left, I received a call from Kierstin following up to make sure I was satisfied. Wow! When was the last time that happened? Great company, fair prices, and the work is guaranteed for a year. Call ProLift!"

    "I highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors, a woman-owned company in Cincinnati. I had my old garage door system replaced this past April. The technician came out and completed the entire job in a few hours and left the place as clean as ever. He made sure to test the system out a few times and made me also operate and activate it to my satisfaction. Over the past week, I had a power outage and that affected the operation as there was a delay in opening and closing the garage door. I called them, and the technician, Brandon, was sent out in less than an hour and took care of it and made sure the garage light came on as required when opening the garage door. He reset everything and made sure the wall remote, the pad, and the car remotes all worked with no issues. The owner also made a follow-up call to find out if the job was done to my satisfaction, and that usually never happens. Great job by technician Brandon! I highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors, a woman-owned company in Loveland for their efficient, professional, and courteous customer service to all my relatives, friends, and my neighborhood homeowners."

    "We had an awful sound coming from the garage doors; it started a month or so ago. After Pro Lift of Loveland came out, they inspected our system. Brandon gave us a few options for our issue, and we opted to go with replacing both openers. We went with the top option, and I’m so happy with it! The garage doors are so quiet and smooth! I can use my phone or the clickers to open the doors, and with this option, it will also notify me if someone has left the door open and I can choose to close it remotely! With a teen driving and lots of family coming in and out, it’s exciting to know that my home will be protected! Pro-Lift of Loveland has the highest quality of customer service and professionalism! It was easy to work with them, and they gave us all the different options that would solve our issue. There was no pressure to go with one option or another, and Brandon was there to walk us through the entire process. 10/10 recommend.
