  Busted coil spring in the garage 7AM, 2 cars practically stuck. Outstanding service. Responded to quote in minutes (cast was industry average for this area), arrived within 2 hrs of the call (no emergency), details were provided upfront, service scheduled via email and communication via SMS, kind and professional staff (kudos to Kyle - fixing the garage door at 10F). Whole debacle of a bad day was solved in 30-60mins... Life goes on with magic of ProLift Garage Doors. Thanks 👍 Highly recommend.

  The prolift tech, Jeremy arrived on time. He quickly identified my garage door problem. He got my door back in working order. He checked out the rollers, and checked all of the hinges. I have used this company before and they will always  be more choice for garage door service.

  Exemplary Customer Service!
Lou and his team at ProLift Garage Doors provide over the top exemplary customer service.  Polite, thoughtful, responsive, follows through on what they say they will do, and timely (especially in this time when getting an install of anything can take forever!)  I had my new door installed within 10 days of our conversation!  His technicians were thoughtful and left no trace of a construction project behind.   I had a bad experience with another Garage Door Company discontinuing installation and servicing my Marantec garage door opener. I went searching on the web for other companies and was so glad I called Lou from ProLift Garage Door of Littleton. I had the belt snap and called Marantec Corporation to determine if my warranty covered this. It did and they sent the belt. On a Saturday when the part arrived I called Lou and he was able to send a technician that morning. Of course the belt was not the only part that had broken. The technician Allen had the full rail on his truck and was able to repair the problem in a few hours. This is amazing service!!! Most recently we had a power outage that messed up the computer programming of the garage  door opener. We love the quietness of this opener and all I needed to do is call Lou again and he was able to help me troubleshoot over the phone. He also made the recommendation to get a surge protector for the outlet that the Awesome/Quiet computer operated garage door openers electrical outlet. This could save future electrical surge/outages from messing up your garage door opener. Thanks, Tod

  Lou and ProLift Garage Doors of Littleton were AMAZING!  Once I have my first conversation with Lou, I had a more-than competitive quote within 24 hours.  Once I accepted the quote, Lou kept me in the know with constant communication about arrival and install of the product. Lou's crew arrived for install within the time window and were finished early.  They install and cleanup went seamlessly.  Lou followed up to make sure we were satisfied and event walked me through a couple of technical questions.

  Showed up on time, explained the work they were going to do. They also recommended replacement of worn components that were so bad they almost fell apart. No attempt to sell me something I didn't need.
