Okay people, listen up — ProLift Garage Doors of Cabot, AR, has been an absolute lifesaver!
We originally went with another company, Precision Doors, to install a new garage door motor, but within just two weeks it stopped working. When I called them back out, they charged me again, even though it should’ve been fixed right the first time. Then they told me my springs needed to be replaced and quoted a ridiculous price. I finally gave up and left my garage door “broken” for a while.
When I called ProLift Garage Doors, I explained everything — my frustration, the bad experience, and how fed up I was. They listened, really listened, and quickly sent Eric out to help. He troubleshot the issue, told me exactly what was wrong, fixed the seals, replaced the wheels, repaired the motor (without making us buy a new one!), and replaced the springs for less than half of what the other company quoted.
It was such a breath of fresh air — especially as a woman homeowner — to finally feel like someone was being honest instead of trying to overcharge me. I’ll always appreciate the quick response, fairness, and honesty from this team.
