When my garage door malfunctioned, I called and was able to get a same-day appointment even with my call being after noon. I got a photo showing me who was showing up and a courtesy call saying they were on the way. Allen G. came out and explained everything to me so I’d understand, walked me through each step he’d need to do to get my door back functioning and was there before the quoted time. Great company, fast quality work. I hope I never have to use them again, but if so I definitely know who to call.

I live in the Plainfield/Joliet, Illinois area. I knew I had to replace my very old garage door. Melvin came out very quickly (and called a few times to confirm his arrival), measured, and described what they would do for a replacement. He could have up-charged and sold me more than I would have needed, but he took the responsibility to prepare and confirm an appropriate quote. I approved the quote, and Allen (install tech) arrived on the agreed-upon date, removed the old, and installed the new. He was very friendly and did a great job in removing the old door and installing the new. It looks and works perfectly. I'd recommend Melvin, Allen, and ProLift for any work you need.

I must say on an early Saturday morning my garage door spring was broken. I called ProLift and they sent someone to my house at 9:00 p.m. in the evening. This guy from ProLift was such a great blessing to our family. He literally fixed the door for a great reasonable price compared to other garage door individuals. There was no service fee for coming out. It was a free estimate and just for that, I had him do my garage door and fix it late in the wee hours.
