Jose showed up right away, that same Saturday afternoon, and did a quick, reliable fix so I didn’t have to worry about squirrels or other critters getting in while I looked for a more permanent solution. I'll likely need a whole new door and/or lock soon, and now I know just who to call ;-) I was also in the middle of a yard sale, so having that taken off my mind was a huge relief.     "I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! I called this morning about getting my squeaky garage door fixed. I had an appointment for this afternoon, which surprised and pleased me. They actually called and said they could come out earlier if that was convenient, and it was. Jose Flores was the technician. He explained what he was doing as he was troubleshooting the squeak. I always appreciate a service person explaining things to me and not talking in technical terms that I don’t understand. Jose was excellent at this. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. While he fixed the squeaky door, he told me that the springs were wearing and wanted to make me aware of that. I ended up having him replace the springs, which he did very quickly! This company is my go-to for all garage door related issues."
