He performed a thorough maintenance check, quickly got the door opened, and made sure everything was working properly. Mike answered all my questions patiently and explained the system in detail so I could fully understand how the opener works. The price was very fair, and the service was excellent.     "Hands down the company to work with! My garage door (Sommer Compact) stopped working. I have a home warranty and understand that there are additional steps needed before I can go through the process of replacement/repair. I first reached out to Jaydor and they claimed to have never seen my garage door before and were pushing hard for me to replace it with a LiftMaster. I told the technician my model number, but he said he's never heard of it. To prove me wrong, he googled my Sommer garage door opener only to find it. He spent a few minutes watching a YouTube video before telling me that I need it replaced and I should use a LiftMaster. I reached out to ProLift for a second opinion. The owner called me immediately asking what I needed. To be completely honest, he did not hear of Sommer as well, but he did his research and was confident that he could help me. I ended up replacing the unit with another Sommer product. It's extremely quiet and install only took an hour. The service tech, Jose, was very knowledgeable and friendly. ProLift was not afraid of working with another garage door company and working through my home warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend them."

    "Originally, we called Pro Lift Garage Door because our LiftMaster opener would not open our garage door and Pro Lift is veteran owned. Mike Dowling responded immediately and was on site within two hours! Not only did he replace a defective circuit board, but he went over the entire system, lubricating and adjusting the balance of the door and main spring and lubricating the rollers. Mike did not rush the job; he is very thorough and personable. If we could give Mike Dowling 10 stars, we would."
