Fadi Baaklini, co-owner of ProLift Garage Doors of Lansdale, is a proud U.S. Army veteran passionate about delivering top-tier garage door services. With over a decade of leadership experience and an MBA from George Washington University, Fadi has successfully built a trusted business serving Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester counties. His background in project management and work with Fortune 100 companies has equipped him to efficiently manage operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Fadi lives in New Hope with his wife, Jennifer, who grew up in Chalfont, and their two children. When he’s not overseeing ProLift operations, Fadi enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active in the local community through the Newtown BNI.  He and his team are committed to community service and actively support local families through Kids Lift.

James Connor is co-owner of ProLift Garage Doors of Lansdale, which specializes in providing top-tier garage door services, including installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients in Lansdale, Doylestown, Willow Grove, and surrounding areas. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, James ensures that every project is completed with precision and professionalism.

In addition to his work at ProLift, James brings a wealth of experience as the Principal Geologist and Owner of Blue Marble Remediation, LLC. His environmental expertise in due diligence and site remediation helps businesses navigate complex environmental regulations across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Based in Chalfont, PA, James enjoys being active in the local community through the Upper Dublin BNI and spending time with his two grandchildren.

As the Field Manager at ProLift Garage Doors of Lansdale, Ryan Wasniewski combines over 13 years of industry expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure smooth operations and top-quality service.

With a solid background in carpentry and mechanical systems, Ryan not only excels in diagnosing complex garage door issues and overseeing installations, but also in managing a team of technicians. His leadership ensures that each job is completed efficiently, with the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Based in Green Lane, PA, Ryan’s hands-on approach and managerial experience make him a trusted leader in the field. Prior to his work in the garage door industry, Ryan built his customer service expertise at Lowe's Home Improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.

With over 10 years of experience in the garage door industry, Mike Dowling is an invaluable part of the ProLift Garage Doors of Lansdale team.

Mike has a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, allowing him to address even the most challenging garage door issues. His journey in customer service began at Lowe's Home Improvement, where he honed his ability to deliver exceptional retail and technical support. Now, as a Lead Technician, Mike is known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Mike enjoys skateboarding, Philly sports and staying active.
