The overall price seemed reasonable, but after reviewing the invoice I noticed a $15.00 fuel surcharge. Fuel surcharges were implemented back in about 2005 when fuel was at an all-time high. Now we’re at lows that don’t need fuel surcharges. All that is doing is offsetting the discount on the Val-Pak coupon."
