Ricky was AMAZING; he ordered the parts, called me as soon as the parts were in, and scheduled an appointment for the work to be completed.     "Left to pick up granddaughter at school and came home to a garage door that wouldn't open. My spring broke so I couldn't open the door. Looked at the reviews for ProLift and called for an appointment. I did have to wait another day, but I was ok with that. Ricky arrived a little early before my appointment, but he sent a text ahead of time. He checked out my double garage door and gave me three options. One was only replacing the broken spring. The other two included the spring plus new wheels and bearings. My house is 12 years old, and I have lived here 8 years. I have never had any maintenance on my garage door. I selected the more expensive option to have all new wheels, bearings, and spring. He was done in an hour. I was very pleased with the service!"
