While I was shutting the garage door, the spring broke! I contacted Kyle over at ProLift immediately, and he had me on the schedule the next day. Ricky came out and did a complete overhaul of the door. He replaced the spring, the rollers, and did a complete safety inspection. The rollers were grinding along the tracks and making a noise every time it opened and closed...for many years. I had no idea it was in such poor condition.
