Liz Money2023-11-30I cannot say enough good things about ga about this company. They are truly a company that cares about the customer and their work. I had a new garage door installed by Zach last year. He was so helpful in helping me pick out what would be the best door and answering all of my questions. He also did amazing work installing the door. Tonight, I hit my garage door backing out of my garage and bent the bottom panel. I called and said how embarrassed I was but they reassured me it was thing to be embarrassed about and happens a lot. They got me an appointment for two days later… however the woman said she would call the owner and see if they could get out sooner and secure my door. The owner called me within 5 minutes. When he heard that there was a potential for my dogs to slip out he scheduled someone to come out the next day to secure the door so that couldn’t happen. They have gone above and beyond by listening to my concerns and acting on them. Not only do they have my loyalty as a customer… but I will be recommending them to everyone!
