  Mark showed up within the time window prompt and ready. He was very professional and efficient and did not take much time at all with replacing my spring and  new opener. He did not try to up sell me but gave me options to better secure my investment( me being me i went with the cheaper one of course). Great up beat attitude. All in all, a great 5 star experience.
