    "Mark was very quick to come and take a look at my issues and gave me a few options. I ended up replacing my opener. He was done in less time than he said that it would take. I feel that he went above and beyond what he had to do for the install. He adjusted the springs on the door, so that the door would open and close more smoothly than it was. I felt like he didn't have to do this, but I am very glad that he did. My garage door opens and closes more smoothly now."
