Mark was very quick to come and take a look at my issues and gave me a few options. I ended up replacing my opener. He was done in less time than he said that it would take. I feel that he went above and beyond what he had to do for the install. He adjusted the springs on the door, so that the door would open and close more smoothly than it was. I felt like he didn't have to do this, but I am very glad that he did. My garage door opens and closes more smoothly now.

Mark was great, not every day you go from "I have time today" to getting a new opener in a 3-hour span! He explained all the little things it does beyond open and close, as well as what to look for when it doesn't open or close, and how to do so manually. Discussed maintenance (lubrication) and left contact info on the wall. Our new opener is so much quieter, and it actually completes the entire operation every time, it's a big improvement!

We chose ProLift because their only negative reviews happened a few years before. All their recent reviews are positive if not 5 stars. We are happy we called them for help. They were great at communicating the appointments beforehand. Sending reminders the day before, then the name and picture of the technician that was coming. Mark communicated before his arrival and came right on time on the sub zero temp day. He fixed our broken springs and cable in less than an hour. The price he asked for is reasonable for us, and we didn’t even bother to quote from other companies.
