We don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. We had a wooden garage door that we really loved. It was very heavy and constantly breaking, so we finally decided to replace it. We compared several companies and for several reasons decided to go with Prolift Garage Doors of Germantown. The owner of the company found us an aluminum door that looks exactly like our wooden door minus the windows we no longer wanted in a garage door. The technician they sent out was Matthew Kirk. He was very pleasant to talk to and very professional. He removed the old door, placed it on the curb, installed the new door, and cleaned up after himself. The new door works great with a tight seal. We are not easily impressed, but we are very pleased with Kirk’s work and the new garage door. He really did an excellent job!! Rob was really amazing! We have a decades-old electric garage door that the belt broke on and had been discontinued. ProLift was the 3rd company to give me an estimate to fix it. Rob found an older Liftmaster belt with similar dimensions, ordered one, and worked a long time removing the old belt and replacing it. He saved me from having to replace the entire system and hundreds of dollars. I will always call ProLift if I have future garage door needs!
