    "Rob was so kind to come repair my garage door the day I was searching for help! When I went to open my garage that morning, it only raised up about 6–10 inches. I closed it and noticed that the spring appeared to be broken. My adult daughter’s car was also in the garage, so we were stuck! We tried to lift the door after pulling the red cord, but it was too heavy! I began searching the internet for a technician that could help.
