    "2026 Update: Once again, blown away. In a new house now and had a bolt fall out from our garage spring. So dangerous that we didn’t even want to look at it. Called ProLift without question, Kyle was out the next morning. Fixed our issue, suggested some other small safety improvements, and was great to work with. ZERO sales tactics, and we expected sales tactics given the age of the door. But it wasn’t necessary, so they didn’t even suggest it. So refreshing in this day and age. 2019 Update: Blown away yet again! Had a screw come loose due to ice, Cory was out same day and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. ProLift definitely stands behind their work and warranty! 2017: One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Every last promise was kept. They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied, even getting me a set of replacement weather stripping for free. Mike Anderson, the General Manager, was wonderful to work with and both of the techs (Cory and Geremy) were as well. I will definitely continue to work with ProLift in the future."

    "I am so pleased to finally find a company that is not looking to take advantage of my ignorance when it comes to garage doors. Kyle with ProLift Garage Doors discovered my issue in 10 minutes. He showed me pictures and explained the problem to me. He also pointed out that a few hinges/joints needed to be replaced on the garage door. He took the time to explain why he recommended replacing them and how to spray a silicone lubricant a couple of times a year in order to maintain their proper function. I then asked him to replace the rubber at the bottom of the door. All of these issues were taken care of in less than an hour. I have used a couple of other companies in the past and all they seemed to be interested in was installing the most expensive door opener or installing an entire new door. They didn’t seem to care about providing the necessary service, only increasing their revenue at my expense. Their technicians were very young and did not seem experienced or knowledgeable regarding garage doors. I highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors and thank you for sending Kyle to solve all of my issues at a reasonable price. I appreciate his professionalism and all of his information. ProLift Garage Doors has a new lifelong customer."
