We had a major issue with breaking 3 hinges and a bent garage door. ProLift sent a great young technician out and identified the issues, had the parts in his truck and fixed the garage door, added a few new parts to eliminate the issue, and reprogrammed the electric garage door opener in less than an hour. Garage door is as good as new, very reasonable prices…but most importantly walked me through all the issues and costs, and there were no hidden costs. 5-Star quality, service, prices, and professionalism. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is the second time I've used ProLift, and they're fantastic! They've been extremely busy after the holidays (it's January), but they were able to come out the next business day, knew immediately how to fix the problem, and did the necessary repair within about 30 minutes. Good customer service is very important to me, and theirs was great throughout the entire process! In the future, we will update both of our garage door openers with new ones, and whenever we do, we'll definitely go with ProLift!

They were good at communicating prior to arrival. The tech assessed the issue and weighed the door to determine the appropriate spring size. He installed the new ones and end plates. He was thorough and shared some tips and suggestions for ongoing maintenance. He was personable and friendly.
