They sent out Ryan Hanney, who arrived promptly and evaluated the situation with two clear options. The first was a simple "MacGyver" fix to keep things going. The second was a full door replacement. His replacement estimate was significantly lower than the one I received two years ago, and considering our home was built in 1977 with the original door still in place, I chose the new door. Ryan explained the plan, scheduled the work for two days later, and told me it would take about two hours. He kept his word. He arrived on time, was courteous throughout, and completed the job exactly as promised. I highly recommend Ryan and ProLift. He came out about 5 months ago for a separate problem and handled it so well that I knew he was the guy to call again. I'd recommend him to anyone! I didn't price shop because I just wanted it done quickly and trusted Ryan.
