Replaced both springs, installed the new ones, adjusted the door; they offered me military discount. They came out next day, fixed it, only took around an hour. Tech was nice, knew his stuff, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Cost for the parts and labor seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend them if you're having garage door issues. Professional, knowledgeable, and they actually showed up and got right to work.
