Give them a call. Austin came out today after I called in this morning to replace my torsion springs, and he was out here within 30 minutes. Replaced both springs, installed the new ones, adjusted the door; they offered me military discount. I highly recommend these folks for their honesty, great workmanship, and for going above and beyond to make sure that they walked me through every step of the repair process.
