I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to. I had Kody Martinez as my installer.
From the first handshake to the last bolt tightened, Kody worked like someone who actually cares about your home. No rushing, no cutting corners, he treated the install like it was his own garage. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to be doing, and made the whole process painless.
Here’s what stood out to me:
o Professionalism: Polite, clear, and respectful the entire time.
o Attention to detail: He double-checked everything, even things I wouldn’t have noticed. Like the sensors, for example.
o Quality work: The door runs sooo much smoother than before.

Called Prolift because my garage door would only go up about a foot, so there was no way to get into the house as my front door and screen door were locked. They came about 30 minutes later.
