He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my garage and made sure everything was handled carefully and thoroughly. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely pleasant to work with. At one point, I even had a friend on the phone on hold while Robert was helping me.     "Robert showed up for the appointment of giving me an estimate. He was very professional and detailed in his explanation as to what they do with a tune-up on each door. I explained to him the door damage that I had created on one of the rollup doors, and he was able to give me a quote to repair it. The estimate was very reasonable, and he explained the material and labor cost to repair the door. He explained to me that if he could get the parts that day, he would be back to repair it, or he would do it first thing on Monday when he could get the parts. He showed up on Saturday after he found the parts that Friday afternoon and finished our job. Robert did a fantastic job."
